Returns & Exchanges

At Xero Shoes, we want you to love your natural movement experience; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 45 days of purchase. Items must be in new and unworn condition with all original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select your preferred outcome.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
