What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 45-day return policy for items in 'like-new' condition. If you need a different size, we provide free domestic exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit.
Do Xero Shoes come with a warranty?
Yes, our FeelTrue® soles are backed by our 5,000-mile sole warranty. If you wear your soles down to less than 1mm thick, we will replace them for a nominal cost.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. International shipping times vary by location and selected carrier.
